Deep down,
many intellectually-oriented people are sceptical about the power of
the subconscious. They have so much faith and vested interest in the
cognitive power of their brains, that they refuse to accept there
could be something else at play which is equally as powerful in
shaping their life. These people love to say, 'prove it'. Secretly,
they believe that if they can't see or hear it, it can't possible
exist.
The good
news is that your subconscious has access to a wealth of
information. Thus armed, it assists you to perform seemingly
impossible feats. It makes you aware of an approaching car, even
though you are looking in the opposite direction. It draws your eye
to your own name on a newspaper page, even though it is buried in
thousands of tiny words. It warns you of someone's hostile intent
even though their words maybe friendly.
Knowing
that your subconscious can be a powerful ally is only part of the
story; getting it to work for you, in your quest to achieve success
is more important.
While
discussion of the subconscious may seem technical or academic, it
requires no special training or study to make it work for you.
